Site Details and Amenities

The majority of sites are on a 60’ x 15’ pad with a 16’ x 8’ private lounge area with a firepit and picnic table, surrounded by mountain laurels and rhododendron. You may select your preferred site upon booking.

There is plenty of space for slide outs and 40’ RVs. Details are available when selecting a site from our reservation site, but all creekside sites can accommodate any class A and tow vehicle along with a few select mountainside sites. Contact us if you would like assistance in selecting your site as we are happy to help.

Some sites have extensive green space (creeksite sites), while others have mountainside privacy or creek frontage.

Creekside sites have an additional 1,000 sq feet of greenspace for you and your furry friends to play and relax.

All sites are full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 amp and 110).


Check in and Check Out info 

Self Check-In: Guests with confirmed reservations can proceed directly to their assigned site. Essential info will be sent via text and/or email before arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM.

  • Early arrivals, late check-ins, or late check-outs may be accommodated with prior management approval. Late arrivals after 8:00 PM: Please notify management in advance.

  • Unapproved late departures will incur a $50 fee.

Where are you located 

Right off Asheville Hwy, we are easily accessible for large RVs and centrally located for access to downtown Brevard (10 minutes), Asheville (30 minutes), Dupont State Forest, and Pisgah National Forest.

Furry Friend Policy 

Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after. Do not tie pets outside of your RV. Pet waste left onsite will incur a clean up fee.

Are reservations needed? 

Yes, reservations are needed prior to your arrival and made online on our website. Same day reservations are accepted and can be made within hours of arrival. If you need assistance, you may text, call or e-mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Daily Rentals:

  • Full payment required at the time of booking.

  • Cancel at least 30 days in advance: Full refund (minus reservation/processing fees).

  • Cancel 7–30 days prior: 50% refund (minus fees) or as specified.

  • Within 7 days: No refund.

  • Refunds processed to the original payment method (or park credit if unavailable).

Monthly Rentals:

  • Cancel 45+ days before arrival: Refund of deposit (minus fees where applicable).

  • Cancel within 45 days: 50% refund (minus fees).

  • Within 7 days: No refund.

  • Open-ended stays (Ongoing): Provide 30 days' notice before departure to avoid additional charges (2-week penalty for insufficient notice).
